The bench at Cogsmith has been worked by the same lead watchmaker since the workshop opened in 2018. Before that, the same person spent over a decade in horology workshops in Bangkok and Singapore, learning on a wide range of quartz, automatic and manual-wind movements.

Each service at Cogsmith includes the steps that some workshops charge as separate line items. The quartz service fee covers the pressure test. The pre-owned inspection fee covers the written report. The mechanical service fee covers the timing bench session.
The prices listed on the solutions page are the prices you pay, subject only to parts cost if a component needs replacing — and that would be discussed with you first.
